Are your rackets USAPA certified?
Yes, all our pickleball rackets are USAPA (USA Pickleball Association) certified, which means they meet official pickleball standards and are allowed in competition.
What are the delivery times?
Once your order is confirmed, we ship your products within 24 hours. You will then receive them within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the carrier's delivery times. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to a collection point.
What are the return and refund conditions?
You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. During this period, you can return the products for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
